Cancellations must be communicated to the company in writing via email to info@costabravaboats.com.
- Personal cancellation reasons:
- With a minimum of 15 days in advance: 5% of the rental fee will be charged as a management fee.
- Between 14 days and 48 hours before the activity date: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.
- With less than 48 hours before the activity date: the full rental amount will be charged.
Cancellations with less than 15 days’ notice will result in the loss of 40% of the total rental amount.
- Reservations will be canceled if the client does not show up within 2 hours of the rental start time without prior notice, and the full rental amount will be charged.
- In case of bad weather preventing safe navigation and confirmed on the same day by the Costa Brava Boats team, the activity can be rescheduled for another available day in the same season. If an alternative date cannot be found, no refund will be given. Only the rental price minus the extra Red Flag service fee will be refunded if this service has been paid for (only applicable for one-day or half-day rentals).
- In case of rentals of more than one consecutive day, the rental amount will not be refunded due to weather conditions or for any other reason.
