Booking Conditions
- Price including VAT
- Once the payment of the reservation is made, the booking will be confirmed and guaranteed, and the customer will receive a confirmation email along with the rental contract.
- The boat operator must present valid certification required for the reserved vessel at the time of delivery.
- A CREDIT CARD, NOT A DEBIT CARD, is required for the security deposit.
Onboard Safety
- A mobile phone contact is essential during the boat rental to be able to reach the CostaBravaBoats team.
- Exceeding the maximum number of persons allowed on board the vessel is not permitted.
- During navigation, it is recommended to use life jackets and remain seated (especially children and elderly persons).
- It is recommended to wear suitable nautical footwear.
Cancellation Policy
- Customer reservation cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@costabravaboats.com.
- In case of bad weather that prevents safe navigation and is confirmed on the same day of the rental by the Costa Brava Boats team, the activity can be rescheduled for another day available in the same season.
- Only in cases where the Red Flag extra service has been paid for will the full rental price be refunded minus the amount of the Red Flag extra service. (This service is only applicable for one-day or half-day rentals).
- In case of rentals of more than one consecutive day, the activity cannot be rescheduled and the rental amount will not be refunded for weather conditions or any other reason
