{"id":1703,"date":"2022-02-21T13:43:22","date_gmt":"2022-02-21T12:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/costabravaboats.com\/cancellation-or-annulment\/"},"modified":"2024-06-25T17:42:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T15:42:54","slug":"cancellation-or-annulment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/costabravaboats.com\/en\/cancellation-or-annulment\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation or Annulment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Cancellations must be communicated<\/b> to the company in writing via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@costabravaboats.com\"><b>info@costabravaboats.com<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Personal cancellation reasons<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>With a minimum of\u00a0<strong>15 days in advance<\/strong>: 5% of the rental fee will be charged as a management fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Between 14 days and 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the activity date: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>With\u00a0<strong>less than 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the activity date: the full rental amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellations with less than 15 days\u2019 notice\u00a0<b>will result in the loss of 40%<\/b>\u00a0of the total rental amount.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations will be canceled if the client does not show up within 2 hours of the rental start time without prior notice, and the full rental amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>In case of bad weather preventing safe navigation and confirmed on the same day by the Costa Brava Boats team, the activity can be rescheduled for another available day in the same season. If an alternative date cannot be found, no refund will be given. Only the rental price minus the\u00a0<strong>extra Red Flag service fee will be refunded if this service has been paid for<\/strong>\u00a0(only applicable for one-day or half-day rentals).<\/li>\n<li>In case of\u00a0<strong>rentals of more than one consecutive day, the rental amount will not be refunded due to weather conditions<\/strong>\u00a0or for any other reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cancellations must be communicated to the company in writing via email to info@costabravaboats.com.
